Assistant Company Secretary

About the role Use your passion for corporate governance and work alongside our Group Company Secretary to support the Board of Treasury Wine Estates Limited and implement best practice governance protocols across the TWE group globally.   Assist in managing  the operation of the Treasury Wine Estates Limited Board and its Committees Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team Manage the Company’s internal and external reporting requirements  Maintain effective policies and procedures pertaining to corporate governance  Facilitate the Company’s relationships with its external stakeholders including its investors, regulators and proxy advisers Maintain responsibility of all global subsidiary governance matters    About you You are an experienced and qualified Assistant Company Secretary who thrives working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
