- Lead and inspire a high-volume team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and booked in talent
- Co-ordinate rosters with understanding of labour costs
- Oversee smooth co-ordination of bookings and functions
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cocktails is a plus
