Working alongside an established agent that sells multi million dollar homes around the Eastern Suburbs this role will focus on buyer management and providing a world class buying experience along with campaign management and sourcing appraisal opportunities.
- Respond to and manage all buyer inquiry
- Manage buyer offers and negotiations
- Attend open homes and auctions
- Attend pre settlement, private and building inspections
- Follow up buyers post inspection
- Attend team meetings and sales training
- Prepare vendor reports and market analysis
- Attend appraisals and assist with post appraisals follow
- Brief admin + marketing team on new listings
- Attend photoshoots
- Just listed and just sold calls to database
- Alert buyers to off market listings and pre-market opportunities
- 12 months real estate experience
- A solid understanding of the sales process
- The ability to follow process and work as a team
- You will be tenacious, hungry, and driven to succeed
- A current certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Incredibly sharp presentation
- The ability to build long term relationships
