List and sell property along side an incredibly ambitious selling Principal whilst being mentored to progress into a stand alone agent role. What will you be doing in this role:Working under the Principal you will have exposure to the entire sales process whilst working on the sales campaign for houses, apartments and development sites being sold across Ryde, Epping, Macquarie Park, and Eastwood. 

• Prepare for and attend open homes
• Prospecting calls to the database and local residents
• Prepare for and attend market appraisals
• Follow up buyer inquiry and nurture buyer pipeline
• Assist with running auction campaigns
• Attend pre-settlement and building inspections
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Open home call backs and prepare Vendor reports
• Attend photoshoots
• Negotiate and work with buyers to close sales 

  
The right candidate will have:

• 6 - 12 months real estate experience in sales or leasing
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence 
• Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
• A valid drivers licence and reliable car
• A confident phone manner
• The ability to work as a part of a team
• Flexibility to work every Saturday
