Job Description: As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success by ensuring that our customers receive the best financing and Insurance options available. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance and Insurance department and providing expert guidance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Management: Secure financing for customers, including evaluating credit reports, presenting financing options, and facilitating loan approvals
- Insurance Expertise: Offer insurance products to customers, explaining coverage options, and ensuring that they have the necessary protection for their vehicles
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Reporting: Generate financial reports and analyses as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Automotive Finance and Insurance management.
- Strong understanding of financing options, credit analysis, and Insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills
- Proficient in relevant software applications
