The Opportunity

We need a superstar administrator to join the team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation and organisation of all warranty tasks for our nationwide team. Supported by the wider Administration Team of 9, your day to day will find you working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment where there is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Ideally, we are after a highly motivated individual, with high personal standards and integrity, someone who is a people person and strives to provide exceptional support to their team.

Duties will include:

• Processing all Warranty & Service Contract orders in OEM system
• Communicating with Branches regarding errors or issues with claims
• Maintaining accurate & up-to-date data/records

You will have:

• Must have experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment Warranty.
• A good experience working as a Warranty coordinator
• Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
• High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits
• The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving, logistics and/or service experience.
