Located in the historic Campbell Stores, between Circular Quay and The Rocks, Ploós is where history and tradition meet contemporary expression.
Backdropped with a breath-taking view of Sydney’s Harbour and the iconic Opera House, Ploós’ generous alfresco dining space establishes an ambience connecting land to sea, with emphasis on dishes that reflect the serenity of the South Aegean islands.
What will be involved:
- Managing daily bar operations
- Motivating and training staff to ensure standards are maintained
- Set up and Pack down
- Daily organizing and cleaning of bar
- Keeping track of stock on hand.
- Assisting the bar manager in the creation of new cocktails
- Liaising with restaurant management to ensure the drinks menu is up to date
Requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW
- 2+ years working in a similar role
- The ability to work in a high pressure restaurant with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
