Belouis is currently seeking a qualified & experienced Finance and Property Administrator to assist us with ensuring our customers receive the best finance service possible. You will be focused on nurturing our client relationships & providing a professional level of client service. We prefer if you have experience in property finance or real estate industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with Brokers
- Working with our Lawyers
- Liasing with Builders
- General client management – client liaison, monitoring portfolio, strategic advisory
- Assist clients with all enquiries about their home loan/construction facility post settlement.
- Knowledge & understanding of every financial set up for our clients.
- Develop & push through risk minimization & cost management plans.
- Financial analysis and cash flow reporting
- Play leadership role in customer care.
- Be the key relationship manager between all lending/broker groups & external business partners.
- Communicate with investors, providing updates, supporting the CEO in initial strategy.
- Have deep understanding of internal landscape (construction, realty management) market trends, tax.
- Responsible for overseeing client’s financial goals, performance, & benchmarks.
- Provide financial reports for clients.
- Instill & keep clients accountable to financial model that has been pre-established.
- Drive operations in terms of creating systems & processes.
- Have the ability to build a finance specialist team.
