We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Springvale, Victoria. About Us: House of Wealth is a rapidly growing practice with a diverse team of 18 professionals across our offices in Springvale, Mulgrave, and Vietnam.
Our practice is built on a commitment to client success, a culture of continuous learning, and a supportive, inclusive work environment. The Role: As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests to our office.
- Handling inquiries about services and personnel availability.
- Managing appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
- Managing emails and other office correspondence.
- Maintaining records and performing data entry.
- Overseeing light maintenance of office equipment.
- Distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing reports.
- Ordering supplies and liaising with various departments and external entities.
- Supporting client relations by addressing issues and queries.
- Ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in reception or office administration.
- A reliable and team-focused approach with sharp attention to detail.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience with accounting software (preferred).
