Join us at the Department for Environment and Water (DEW) as a BioData Strategic Change Manager.In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead change initiatives for the BioData SA project, a transformative $8 million initiative spanning four years. Your mission? To revolutionize biodiversity data management in South Australia as part of the team constructing an advanced ICT system, with a focus on by constructing an advanced ICT system, establishing innovative data governance frameworks, and enhancing data quality and currency.As the BioData Strategic Change Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of system delivery change and agency-wide transformation. You'll lead the charge in planning, executing, and assessing change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of BioData developments with business processes. Your expertise in interpreting project developments and engaging with stakeholders will be instrumental in driving project success.But that's not all – you'll also champion agency-wide change initiatives aimed at elevating biodiversity data management standards. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll develop and implement a change strategy to enhance data management practices across DEW.
