About the Role:
- Data Entry into the TMS for all Local & Linehaul bookings.
- Checking the TMS data entry with actuals from the shared linehaul sheet.
- Driver SPA print out.
- Conducting weekly checks for Outstanding PODS and Pallet Dockets.
- Liaising with customers, drivers, cross-dock & other admin staff.
- Maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Checking that the system data is aligned with actual work done.
- Working with the accounts receivable team to rectify errors with reference numbers in the TMS.
- Checking that all the manifests are correct and updated on time.
- Making sure that the futile charges are updated, and the customer confirmation email is uploaded in the TMS booking.
- Supporting management with all reasonable requests.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience with Jaix or Freight 2020 highly desired.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Administration Function and the Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to build strong customer relations and offer a high level of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and have a sense of urgency.
