Good Food Exports is an Australian-owned, small business located in Bayside, Melbourne (Sandringham).
We were established in 2015 with the aim of supplying international clients with high quality Australian foods.
As we are expanding, we are looking for a driven and organised Bookkeeper to join our small team.
We are not a corporate – you will matter, and you will make a difference!
About the role + it’s benefits:
- Monday and Wednesday
- 9:00am – 3:00pm (or thereabouts)
- Work from office role (Bayside)

- 3 months trial period, Permanent Part-Time thereafter

The role includes but not limited to:
- Weekly payroll processing including superannuation and Workcover payments
- Accounts Reconciliation - Receivable, Payable and credit cards,
- Liaising with debtors and assisting with overdue collections,
- Financial Reports and Analytical Tasks
- Ad Hoc duties assisting Director as required
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Methodical and systematic analytical skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid accounting skills and financial reporting experience
- Experience with Xero and MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Working rights for Australia
