Providing specialised aged care services to the Latrobe Valley community for over 50 years our client is looking for their newest team member. Located in Moe 3825, this not-for-profit organisation consists of both independent living units as well as a care facility and they pride themselves on a high standard of care in a respectful and stimulating environment.
As an experienced Bookkeeper your ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential as is your willingness to assist the broader administration team.
Duties will include (not limited to):
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliation & cash handling
- ATO reporting inc. BAS, PAYG, STP
- Payroll relief
- General bookkeeping & administration duties as per PD & directed
As our preferred candidate you will be required to have:
- Certificate IV in Accounting or similar
- Previous experience within a position that encompasses the duties required
- Experience in residential aged care & AIM software (advantageous)
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines & be a team player
- Advanced MS Office and accounting software experience
- Adherence to a professional code of conduct and OH&S policies
As this role is in aged care a Police Check will be required as well as Flu & COVID vaccinations.

- Temporary to permanent position (Permanent from commencement considered)
