Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and reconciliation
- Other group entity billings and intra company recharges
- Printing & disbursement of monthly statements
- Banking and petty cash reconciliation
- Manage the insurance claims process
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required by the company from time to time
- Multiple company BAS preparation
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Strong finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, Windows with an ability to learn new software programs
- Advanced MYOB skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, in both literacy and numeracy
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and promptly to solve problems as they arise in a diverse team environment
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full eligibility to live and work in Australia

Please note, the successful candidate will commence on a casual basis, working approximately 38 hours per week, with the view of becoming permanent full-time after a three month probationary period.
