We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper for one of our highly established Australian leading Property Investment clients, located in Upper Roma near Brisbane CBD!

Senior Bookkeeper

- Monday - Friday, full time or part time hours 8:30 - 4:30pm
- Permanent position
- Upper Roma, Brisbane Office location
- $85,000- $95,000per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience)
Role:
- Oversee companies financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on daily financial entries and reconciliation
- Tracking and organising financial transactions related to properties, investments and operations,
- Monitor and track business expenses and spend, prepare accounts, documenting daily financial transactions
- Collecting rental payments, sending invoices, managing financial books
- Oversee and document rental ledger and property trust accounts
- Property management, receipting rental payments, preparing of receipts and expenditure statements
- Oversee companies financial data, track business expenses and spend
- Track financial transactions, record keeping, financial management
- Monthly reporting, ledger entries, record payments
- Share trades, cooperate financial, cash floes, tax preparation
- Construction costs, dealing with builders
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Senior Bookkeeper within the property/ real estate sector
- Proven experience managing property ledger
- Experience using XERO
- Must have an eye for detail with excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Intermediate/ Advanced Ms Office Capabilities
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with ATPAC software - preferred but no essential
- Full Australian working rights
