We are seeking a Book Keeper, Office Administrator, All Rounder to join our team. Hours are flexible and would suit someone looking for work during school hours, however can be negotiated depending on the applicant.
- Experience with XERO accounting software
- Knowledge of Simpro software would be highly regarded, although not essential.
- Communicate with Clients and Suppliers to manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Process Client and Contractor invoices.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process technicians time sheets and fortnightly payroll, along with superannuation and leave requirements.
- Prepare BAS requirements.
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office and have accurate data entry skills.
- Be a great communicator working well in a team as well as independently.
- General all rounder - administration duties such as assisting with answering incoming phone call, emails and filing.
