Bushell's Building & Maintenance are seeking a highly organized Business Administrator to join our team.
The Administrator will work with our team of managers to prepare and submit quotes and invoices to our clients in a professional and timely manner, communicate with sub-contractors and assist in other administrative works required within the business.

Building & Maintenance Administrator Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing day to day quote requests from clients following them through to submission within a timely manner.
- Consulting with project managers, clients and sub contractors to ensure correct and timely outcomes.
- Working on various client quoting and communication platforms.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Organizing material orders from suppliers.
- Invoicing and accounting tasks.
Building & Maintenance Administrator Requirements:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- High level attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
