Our Client provides heavy machinery hires, heavy lifting and logisitics services into multiple sectors.
Job Description
The key responsibility of this role is to provide general administration support to the branch, including but not limited too:
- Reception/Client Customer Liaison
- Support Branch Manager and Fleet Controllers
- Attend and contribute to Administration meetings
- Handle invoicing, reconcile dockets, and manage customer billing
- Purchase goods and services following the Purchasing Procedure
- Maintain security of company assets and equipment
- Process mail, word processing, and manage correspondence
- Assist in operational aspects of the Branch
- Administer time-sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Manage purchase order requisitions, goods receipting, and supplier invoice queries
- Organise purchases, including courier coordination
- Handle site personnel files, inductions, and competency training
- Assist in recruitment, site mobilisations, and adherence to ERMS procedures
- Support HR with Workers Compensation Forms and employee file upkeep
- Manage travel arrangements for employees
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to handle stress and ever changing demands of the company's clients
- Ability to commence immediately (no later than the week commencing the 22nd)
- Previous experience in AP/AR/Payroll or timesheeting is essential to be considered for this position
- Immediate start
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 7:30-3:30pm working hours
- On-site parking
- Temp to perm opportunity, annual salary upto 80k + superannuation
