The Opportunity
As a Brand & Customer Experience Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting HBF's member insight management and understanding across various divisions. You'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on brand and consumer insights data, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders, and contributing to the development of HBF's brand and go-to-market strategies.
Position Accountabilities:
• Conducting brand and member data analysis, identifying key trends and insights.
• Managing the implementation of customer tracking programs and refining insights reporting documents.
• Driving member and business value through the development of a data-driven culture.
• Building and managing relationships with third-party research suppliers.
• Assisting with budget management and forecasting activities.
About You
You're a dynamic and analytical individual with a passion for uncovering insights and driving meaningful change. With 3-5 years of experience in analytical and reporting roles, preferably in market or customer research, you possess a keen eye for detail and a knack for transforming data into actionable insights. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. As a team player, you understand the value of collaboration and building effective relationships with key stakeholders. Essential Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in an analytical/reporting role, preferably in market/customer research.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g., Market Research, Data Science, Psychology, Marketing, Business).
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, data mining, and analytical software/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
• Market research or data science/analytics experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with HBF's products and services.
