What you’ll do
In this full time, permanent role, as the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of all aspects of the marketing activities for the Cardio-Vascular/Renal/Metabolism (CVRM) Franchise. The marketing activities include but are not limited to;
Supporting the development of brand strategy
Utilising data sources to track and drive performance
Gathering and translating actionable insights into clear strategic decisions and corresponding tactics
Cementing brand position, by creating messages with cut through and aligned assets
In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring the local Brand Strategy to realization by establishing strong alliances. The role requires an ability to motivate, develop, and inspire employees, clearly communicating brand vision with passion and authenticity, and leading without authority across functional areas. Organising people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal and achieving business objectives in a timely manner will be essential to this role.
Above all you will have the business acumen, critical thinking abilities and desire for innovation that will enable you to challenge the status quo to drive our business now and into the future.
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Greater than 2 years marketing experience
Demonstrated customer-focus and ability to rapidly develop mutually beneficial relationships with key customers
Experience managing complex projects at the project management level
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to forecast, assess and drive results
Demonstrated ability to work successfully with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and a passion for this
Desirable for the role
Understanding of the development and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products in Australia
Product launch experience
Pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience
Understanding of the Australian Healthcare environment
Experience/exposure to the cardio-metabolic ecosystem
