RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
Pivoting from task to task in our high-energy, frenetic office, following are the core responsibilities you'll own as a Brokers Assistant:
- Manage busy phones, including answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Process insurance policies and assisting with all facets of insurance products including claims
- Assist team members with various Impromptu requests and resulting tasks
- Welcome customers to our office
- Administrative office support
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Required:
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Positive, self-motivated and results-driven
- Detail-oriented, focused, and organized
- Excellent customer service skills with good listening skills
- A dedicated learner with a strong desire to succeed
- Fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Previous customer service, sales, or administrative support experience
