As a Brokers Assistant, you'll receive all the tools and equipment you need to support our busy insurance office while learning from successful, tenured brokers. No experience? RESPONSIBILITIES 

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Pivoting from task to task in our high-energy, frenetic office, following are the core responsibilities you'll own as a Brokers Assistant:

• Manage busy phones, including answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate team members when necessary
• Process insurance policies and assisting with all facets of insurance products including claims
• Assist team members with various Impromptu requests and resulting tasks
• Welcome customers to our office
• Administrative office support 

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes 

The most successful Brokers Assistants are dedicated, conscientious team players who are passionate about learning the business and two steps ahead when helping others. 

Minimum Required:

• Good communication skills – both written and verbal 
• Positive, self-motivated and results-driven
• Detail-oriented, focused, and organized 
• Excellent customer service skills with good listening skills 
• A dedicated learner with a strong desire to succeed 
• Fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Previous customer service, sales, or administrative support experience
