As a Timber and Hardware Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clients market presence in Perth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective new home builders, showcasing there top quality timber and hardware supplies. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust network in the building industry, particularly with the top 10-20 residential builders in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and capture new business opportunities within the residential building sector.
• Leverage your existing network to establish connections with key decision makers in the top 10-20 builders in Perth.
• Present our comprehensive range of timber and hardware products effectively, highlighting their value proposition to potential clients.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects, contributing significantly to the overall growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record as a Sales Representative or Account Manager in the building materials industry.
• Established network and relationships with top residential builders in Perth.
• In depth knowledge of timber and hardware products and the ability to communicate their features and benefits persuasively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
• Results driven with a self motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales within the building materials sector is essential.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales growth.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills for streamlined communication and reporting.
