Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective new home builders, showcasing there top quality timber and hardware supplies. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust network in the building industry, particularly with the top 10-20 residential builders in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and capture new business opportunities within the residential building sector.
- Leverage your existing network to establish connections with key decision makers in the top 10-20 builders in Perth.
- Present our comprehensive range of timber and hardware products effectively, highlighting their value proposition to potential clients.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects, contributing significantly to the overall growth objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative or Account Manager in the building materials industry.
- Established network and relationships with top residential builders in Perth.
- In depth knowledge of timber and hardware products and the ability to communicate their features and benefits persuasively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Results driven with a self motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales within the building materials sector is essential.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales growth.
