The Opportunity
We are seeking a Building Surveyor who wants to take on this amazing opportunity to join our busy Building Surveying team and further their career. The successful applicant will have a 'can do' attitude and eye for detail.
This position will encompass the following:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in relation to NCC requirements, Australian standards, local laws and council policies;
- Determining and contributing to strategies to achieve the Section's goals and direction;
- Collaborating with Senior Building Surveyors and relevant administrators;
- Proactively building and maintaining customer relationships, with a view to generating new and ongoing business;
- Communicating with clients clearly and professionally managing their expectations and being proactive to respond to their requests promptly.

- Successful candidate would have qualification/registration as a Level 2 or 3 Building Surveying Practitioner with the WA Building Commission
- Relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience in the construction industry including familiarity with the Building Act and Regulations, BCA and associated Australian Standards would be preferred
