The Position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our Development and Compliance business unit. Are you keen to undertake a broad range of building surveying work in a co-operative work environment?
You will:
- Assess applications for Building Permits, Occupancy Permits, Building Approval Certificates, Certificates of Building Compliance and Certificates of Design Compliance.
- Assess structures under construction, where neglected, dilapidated, or dangerous.
- Work cooperatively as part of an investigative, advisory and enforcement service, to internal and external stakeholders.

Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
Salary: $86,857 - $109,636 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
