HBT Services QLD is responsible for the overhauls of longwall machinery across QLD and operates under two (2) plants, being Overhauls and Gearbox repairs.
Position Purpose:
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organisation whilst completing a Certificate III in Business.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors as they enter the facility.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Collection of data, data entry.
• Provide support to various departments as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Experience not required as this is a trainee position.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
