Our client, an eco-farm start-up located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland is looking for an energetic and driven Business Administrator to work 3 days per week on-site. If you love working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of variety this could be a great next step in your career.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in contributing to all facets of the business operations. You will be an all-rounder who loves to learn and is keen to get involved in all facets of the business.
A bit about you and the position:
- Processing accounts and invoices using Xero
- Assisting the outsourced Bookkeeper to process the business financials
- You will have advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge or experience using SharePoint and OneDrive
- You will have a passion for streamlining processes
- You will be responsible for taking ownership of the administration for all projects across the business
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings. This will include attending meetings.
- You will be comfortable dealing with higher level financials as well as more general administrative duties.
