About the opportunity:
- Identify business needs, analyze workflow, conduct stakeholder workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure user-centered solutions alignment with business line roadmap.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate requirement prioritization, provide solution advice, contribute to solution planning, and support the delivery team in design demonstrations.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business participation and support final signoff of the delivered solution.
- Support the Business Enablement Manager and the HR Learning & Development team in reviewing training content and communications to end user groups.
- Assist with enhancement requirements definition and prioritization post go-live.
About you:
- 3+ years commercial experience in a technology environment
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Previous experience in analysis/development of customer facing projects and technologies
- Not required, but preferable experience in product management
