We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning and management of projects related to the development of PACCAR’s business systems with the overarching goal of continually improving PACCAR’s ability to manage our customer relationships.
- Gather and align desired business processes and outcomes across a broad range of business stakeholders
- Support the Marketing Technology Manager in maximising Salesforce capabilities
- Establish a business case to perform the execution of a project
- Assist in the planning and prioritization of work for each iteration by defining clear acceptance criteria
- Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders by answering questions during project implementation
- Plan and support the execution of change deployments to the Salesforce product
- Establish reports utilising data from various business systems
- Support effective change management of the business systems
- Function as administrator of PACCAR Australia-wide CRM, driving best-practice, cleansing, user training, and future upgrades
- Degree qualified
- Strong business knowledge/background
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an ability to manage various tasks at one time
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau and CRM
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Salesforce desirable
- Proven analytical, reporting and data management capability with ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights to varied stakeholders
