This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join Orikan, a leader in parking management solutions, renowned for its comprehensive suite of services and cutting-edge technology. As Orikan embarks on a transformative journey, you'll assume the role of Business Analyst, instrumental in bringing Orikan's next-generation technical solutions to life for its customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and questionnaires to understand client processes, systems, deadlines, life cycles, and necessary customisations.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders for products such as ePermits and IMaaS to meet client requirements.
- Draft interface specifications and integration documents for third-party systems.
- Coordinate activities among clients, internal teams, account managers, and third parties throughout the implementation process.
- Create standard templates for key documents such as business requirements, requirement traceability matrix, solution designs, and test cases.
- Manage scope, facilitate sign-offs, and map requirements to delivered capabilities.
- Support the new client onboarding process by conducting kick-off sessions, explaining contracts, and drafting proposals to manage project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support change management by addressing client-requested changes and managing scope creep.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Exposure to implementation and/or project coordination.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, process modelling, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client liaison, accurate requirement capture, and efficient change management.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure clarity and accountability throughout projects.
- Effective management and prioritisation of multiple concurrent projects.
