- Research and document a comprehensive list of applications, online systems, templates and onsite presentations for both the current and future states.
- Apply a high level of analytical and conceptual thinking to understand and document the library’s digital ecosystem, complexity, usage, interdependencies, and business processes.
- Plan the rollout of the new brand and design system, including prioritisation according to complexity, difficulty in updating, and impacts on staff, resources, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Assist in the development of a new website management framework and publishing model.
- Assist with consultation activities and user acceptance testing of the new website.
- Support the Project team to ensure the project stays on track and on budget.
- Contribute to a team environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
Job Requirement
- Experience as a Business Analyst working on ICT digital projects, working collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to critically assess and document complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to elicit, capture, and document digital systems and business processes.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in plain language to non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate.
- Canberra-based (onsite and work from home arrangements to be negotiated).
