Business Analyst Erp

Our client has an immediate opening to onboard an experienced or semi experienced IT Technical BA / PM who will understand Business requirements, evaluate Business Technical Solutions, explore improvement options, develop Business cases, recommend Solutions and assist with Project delivery to achieve desired Business objectives.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the Development of Business requirements, Business Process Modelling and Business cases in non-Technical language, have a strong focus on execution and delivering measurable results. Your negotiation and influencing skills utilising a consultative approach to engage all members of the team in the Project will be evidenced with quality communications. You will have an ability to be flexible in approach when needed and able to multitask and manage changing priorities

To be successful in the role you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Information Systems) 

Demonstrated experience in the Business Analysis discipline (minimum 1-4 years)

Extensive experience in Application Technologies including ERP and CRM Solutions (anything Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Movex, M3), Data Migration and Integration capabilities.

Extensive experience in conducting ERP Upgrade, Migration Projects.

Understanding and knowledge of complex Business processes used to manage a Customer Support environment, related to Manufacturing Business

Extensive experience in requirements gathering, gap/fit assessment, Solution design, testing principles, Project methodologies and practices

Hands-on modelling to represent Business activities in diagrams or other hands-on experience with documenting a system or a feature, as demonstrated by the use of UML, or any other notation to represent a Business need.

System analysis – Proven ability to study a Business activity using technological mean to find Solutions to a given Business function.

System integration specification – Being able to bring different technological entities together to fix a given problem.

User acceptance testing (UAT) – Demonstrated ability to walk other users through the Software as a form of Testing to showcase how the Solution would work in a real-life situation.
