QBuild is a vital part of Queensland's $50 billion building and construction industry which employs 235,000 Queenslanders.
As the Queensland Government's builder, QBuild plays an important role in communities across the state by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.
With almost 1,400 staff and a network that includes 20 offices and 34 depots across the state, QBuild is well positioned to deliver construction and maintenance services to communities including those in regional and remote areas.

Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
- Facilitation of the on-going development, improvement, and implementation of enhancements to QBuild policies, processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, performance and customer experience.
- Assist in the advancing of the internal Business Assurance within QBuild through undertaking the assessment of process conformance, performance management, reliability of management reporting and effectiveness of key controls.
- Maintain the compliance software QPulse and manage the licensing, distribution and maintenance.
- Provide advice and guidance to both QBuild staff and supplier organisations concerning all facets of quality management implementation and operation.
- Manage the compliments/complaints management process for QBuild state-wide.
- Promote better operational practices in preventing complaints through effective communication formats (e.g. newsletter).
- Provide monthly reporting to management and facilitate meetings to provide guidance on complaints management process.
- Conduct complex complaints investigations with clients and members of the public as requested by senior management.
- Facilitate change through the provision of effective, clear and concise communications to clients to ensure that expectations of system alterations and changes to business processes are met.

Please note this role could require the occupant to regularly travel to other locations within Queensland, which may include overnight stays up to 4 nights.
