About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Officer at Trilogy Care, you'll embark on a dynamic journey where your key focus will be conducting regular Quality Assurance reviews on our valued partnered organisations. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the high service standards we're proud of at Trilogy Care while ensuring a seamless alignment with the broader Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards.
Job Description:
- Conducting engaging and interactive periodic quality reviews over Microsoft Teams to assess our partnered providers' adherence to quality standards.
- Bringing a personal touch to communication by liaising with partners via phone and email to schedule and coordinate quality review meetings, ensuring a smooth process for all involved parties.
- Infusing creativity into administrative tasks related to the audit processes, streamlining each step to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Breathing life into data management by meticulously maintaining and updating our CRM database with details and outcomes from each quality review.
- Collaborating closely with partnered suppliers, Trilogy Care’s compliance and partnership operations team, to identify areas for improvement and elevate standards when needed, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Empowering partnered organisations with the necessary information to seamlessly align with Trilogy Care's compliance program.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing relationships in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Knowledge of Zoho Suite (highly desirable)
- Studies within a business or related field (highly desirable)
- Knowledge and experience within the Aged Care, health or NDIS industry (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Passionate about ensuring quality standards and driving continuous improvement in care services.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
