Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The Business Coordinator provides executive support to the Executive Director Contract Management and undertakes corporate services functions, including provision of human resources advice, to support the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) Contract Management (CM) leadership team. The Business Coordinator, in conjunction with specified managers and SMHS Finance, provides effective and efficient financial management and business reporting services for SMHS Contract Management.

This is Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months with the possibility of extention(s) and/or permanency.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Are you eligible? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
