About The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a permanent, Full TimeBranch Manager, responsible for sales and hire of scaffolding, including prospecting, lead conversion and stakeholder management. Perm salary package on offer, including commission structures, superannuation and company car.
- Mon - Fri roster with normal 40 hour working weeks
- Actively develop and convert leads into new business, account management, proposals and close outs, monthly reporting and KPI targets, implementing strategic Business Development plans for new and existing clients
- Day to day operations including stock replenishment, team management, facilitating sales and hire of scaffolding equipment, invoicing and quotes
- Exploring new lines of business within construction, where the companies products can be extended. This can include suggestions on sourcing new products and product development
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5 years prior experience within Business Development and marketing
- Experience with Scaffolding hire and sales a must
- Proven track record of sales performance and exceeding monthly targets
- Excellent oral and written communication with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation skills and understanding of sales cycles, with advanced excel and powerpoint knowledge
- Proven knowledge and understanding of negotiation with key stakeholders and ability to achieve a win/win outcome
