Somerset Coffee is looking to recruit Business Development & Customer Service Allrounder, who possess the same vibe we dance to. As a Business Development & Customer Service Allrounder, you will be a frontline advocate to protect and expand our brand through excellent Customer Service, whilst proactively seeking out new café partners and strengthen existing wholesale customers within the Toowoomba region and greater including a few regional customers. Being an allrounder you will be the go-to person for other customer related duties within the business such as on the occasion, general deliveries, and order packing.
The Skills:- Fearlessness to Cold Call and seek out new café/wholesale partners within your region. (Training will be provided)
- Confidence to act promptly on sales leads allocated to you.
- Both a passion for coffee alongside experience working with coffee. The passion to pursue a career within the coffee industry
- Confidence to build sales with existing clients (farming)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills, barista skills, coffee knowledge and knowledge on coffee equipment. - Ability to work with a diverse range of wholesale clients and opinions. - Good knowledge on different types of Coffee Equipment (coffee machines/grinders) is desired but not essential - ongoing equipment training will be provided
- Being flexible to spend days in all departments (when the need arises)
- Positive attitude and proactive about building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to work full-time and be flexible with early starts/late finishes in line with work coming. Willingness to travel to regional QLD as part of the Brisbane greater & regional territory and stay overnight if required.
- A driver’s license is essential as a work vehicle will be provided for during the day
