• Cultivating strong relationships with VIP clients to exceed hotel and partner business objectives.
• Exploring new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and daring site inspections.
• Achieving personal and team sales goals to enhance profitability.
• Implementing sales plans to boost occupancy and increase food, beverage, and banquet sales.
• Producing and reviewing monthly reports to ensure alignment with objectives.

What We need from you:

• Background in the hotel industry preferred, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
• Be an ambassador for the Holiday Inn and IHG brands, embodying their values.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Persuasive abilities to influence decisions effectively.
• Market awareness and proactive approach to consumer behavior.
• Strong time management skills with a focus on priorities.
