The Role
Modern hospitality venues use a huge variety of technology solutions every day, each solving a unique problem. The disconnection of systems though brings only a bigger issue for daily operations. Doshii is a marketplace that endeavors to fix this problem by connecting all these disparate systems.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive, reporting directly to the Manager of Commercial Sales, to help drive our fast growth and ensure we reach our aggressive growth milestones. The Business Development Executive will be very hands-on working directly with customers, partners and multiple internal stakeholders and will work within a small and energetic sales team. Together, the team’s and your primary focus will be to identify and sign up new venues and partners to Doshii while ensuring win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all individual performance targets and KPI’s are met and exceeded
Build, maintain and manage a pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Take ownership of your own lead generation
End to end management of customer journey, from Prospect through to Closed Won
Sell Doshii to customers within our ideal customer profile
Upsell and account manage existing Doshii customers
Form strategic alliances with partners and other groups that could help grow Doshii
Help to continually improve and build upon Doshii’s Sales and Business Development strategy
Always be the Voice of the Customer within Doshii
Establish and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to help deliver to customer expectations
About You
3+ years of Sales and Business Development experience
Deep understanding of hospitality/F&B businesses
Understanding of payments and merchant acquiring products & services
Strong analytical skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive actions.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strength in problem-solving, communications, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
