The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Sales and Business Development in the Tyre Industry. They will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to develop opportunities through strategic sales planning. The position will focus on the achievement of sales budgets in the relevant product categories of passenger, 4WD, LT, and truck products and supporting dealers and end users.
Key responsibilities include;
- Achieving sales budget and managing customer accounts
- Developing new business
- Efficient time management including regular intra-state travel
- Maintaining customer relationships through excellent communication
- Managing and resolving issues and concerns for customers
- Promotion of products and brand awareness
Essential requirements of the position;
- Proven record of account management experience
- Proven face-to-face sales and communication skills
- Strong business acumen in tyre or related industry
- Independent, self-motivated achiever
- Ability to develop & approach new business opportunities
- Valid driver's license
