Prospecta is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our cutting-edge technology portfolio. As a key player in our growth journey, you will collaborate with our talented Energy team to create groundbreaking solutions for the commercial and industrial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development: You will work closely with our Business Development team to identify potential clients and opportunities to expand our advanced technology solutions, assist in preparing proposals and presentations to showcase the immense benefits of our offerings to prospective clients. Conduct client meetings and discussions, where you will address their telecommunications and technology requirements.

Market Analysis and Research:These skills will help identify trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape within the telecommunications and smart city market. From this data you will propose strategic actions to enhance our services and offerings, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry.

Financial and Economic Evaluations: You will be performing cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations to support decision-making on advanced technology projects and investments. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaboration and Coordination:The driving force behind seamless project execution and delivery you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and sales. Your analytical support and insights will contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
• Experience in Business Development, market analysis, and data analytics, with a preference for candidates with a background in telecommunications and smart city sectors.
• A seasoned track record in Business Development, with a proven ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Proven negotiation skills, essential for forging strong partnerships and securing favourable deals in a competitive business landscape.
• Exceptional networking abilities, enabling you to build and nurture relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and partners.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude, with the tenacity to explore uncharted territories and drive innovative business strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced telecommunications technology, remote devices, data management, and awareness of Customer Data Rights protocols and the latest cybersecurity requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, allowing you to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and economic evaluation concepts.
