Business Development Manager

With ongoing success and growth of the business they are seeking to appoint a BDM who can take ownership of this position throughout the Queensland region.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new clients and opportunities through various dealerships
• Research and development of new and existing markets
• Coordinate client meetings by location to increase efficiencies
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with products which will benefit the client
• Maintain company database and input activities into CRM system
• Be the first point of contact for the client for related queries
• Represent the organisation at events

 
Key Requirements:

• Previous Business Development and sales experience
• Previous experience in the automotive sector would be beneficial, but not a necessity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
• Integrity, honesty & a passion for service
• Self-motivation, confident and positive disposition
• Sound written, verbal and computer literacy skills
• Current drivers’ licence

Reporting to the Sales Manager based in Melbourne, you will work within a team of supportive BDM’s, administrative, internal sales, lead generation, whilst receiving product and services training, company vehicle, technology and communication tools as well as being given the opportunity to progress within the company. To be successful in this role you would have a proven track record in sales and Business Development. You enjoy taking ownership of your duties, be highly self-motivated to ensure the ongoing success of the business.
