Business Development Manager

This company is going through a very large growth period & are extremely predominant in the market. Your new roleThis company is looking for sales driven individuals, who are aspiring, highly motivated and handle pressure well. This role will manage a large portfolio of civil accounts covering the geographical area of Nowara to the Central Coast but predominantly Sydney metro. Managing up to 90 civil Accounts where some may have 6-7 live sites to service. This role will inherit residual accounts that have been identified as growth potential. The eager new business hunter will be a strong attribute to this role. Key Duties:Managing and retaining relationships with existing civil clientsIncreasing client base to grow sales and hire volume/revenueBuilding and maintaining strong commercial relationships with new and existing clients by gaining a full understanding of their business and application requirementsDeveloping and sharing growth strategies and plansHaving an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositionWorking and negotiating where necessary with internal stakeholders Drafting and reviewing contracts in conjunction with the National Tender and Submissions CoordinatorCreating and maintaining of Key Account Plans in conjunction with peers and leaderYour skills and experienceThe ability to sell ideas, products, and services across all levels, from Procurement Manager to sub-contractors on siteTechnical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the clients' requirementsBusiness and commercial acumenStakeholder management skillsProven ability to negotiateStrong presentation skillsExperience with design and implementation of Business Development strategyExperience working to and exceeding targets5 or more years' experience in sales and Business DevelopmentYour benefitsAttractive salary & company car/car allowanceUncapped Commission A fun & social working environment Career progression & growth opportunitiesA growing business Your next step If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to olivia.pobjie@randstad.com.au.
