- Communication with prospective landlords
- Marketing preparation, including listing of rental properties online
- Leasing properties - conducting of open homes and private inspections
- Responding to prospective tenant enquiry
- Attendance of new business meetings including rental appraisals
- Coordination of photography shoots
- Maintain pipeline of new business through genuine client relationships
