This position involves comprehensive management duties aimed at assisting existing and potential clients, emphasising the pursuit of expansion possibilities. It is a supportive, customer-centric role, not one of leadership, dedicated to serving external off-highway clients (our distributors) throughout New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria, and South Australia.
The duties include:
- Develops and manages an assigned sales channel (e.g. customers in NSW/VIC/SA/TAS) in order to produce a high degree of profitability and market share growth.
- Provide selling, coaching and developmental support for customers to improve their knowledge and expertise.
- Performs field-based marketing activities such as collecting data on the competitors' capabilities, emerging markets, and customers' needs.
- Acts as distributor liaison to resolve day-to-day issues that result in rapid problem solving, improved partner effectiveness, and offers solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Proactively create and develop relationships with key partners within target organisations.
- Achieve set sales budgets and KPIs.
