RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating quarterly business plans.
- Analysing trends and identifying new markets and franchising opportunities.
- Has an experience in doing both organic and digital marketing.
- Research markets and identify new vertical markets and develop sales strategy and action plan to achieve budgeted monthly and annual sales and business targets.
- Executes regular monthly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
- Represents the company as brand ambassador and be able to ethically coach prospects through Elite franchising business.
- Will reach out to potential clients for tie-ups (i.e Hotels and other commercial establishments)
- At least two years of solid experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Has B2B experience.
- Must be independent, driven, and display professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about the brand and able to represent it as a brand ambassador.
