St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee:
St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee is in its 6th year of operation, opening its doors in 2018. The hospital has seen significant growth in the past 2 years and is now working towards expanding their clinical and outpatient areas which will offer a greater opportunity to the Werribee community for their healthcare.

The services available in our Werribee private hospital include orthopaedic, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, bariatrics, colorectal surgery, vascular, rehabilitation and oncology/infusions. St Vincent's Private Hospital provides health care for both paediatric and adult patients. Facilities include operating theatres, a day procedure unit, oncology/infusion unit, cardiac catheter laboratory, rehabilitation including a gymnasium and onsite consulting suites.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager for St. Vincent's Private Hospital at Werribee.

Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to);

• Recruiting and building relationships with surgeons and medical specialists
• Business development activities that drive growth of the core specialities at St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee
• Collaborating with the hospital operational team to achieve strategic & operational KPI's
• Driving demand to the hospital by creating clinician engagement programs for Accredited Medical Officers
• Managing the hospital's relationships with Professionals (AMPs), General Practitioners (GP's), relevant patient groups and the media in the local community
• Identifying emerging growth opportunities and develop programs that generate clinician and patient demand for hospital services
• Report writing, operational planning and presenting to Executive

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in business, health, science, marketing, commerce, economics or related field
• Demonstrated Sales and or Business Development experience in Private Hospitals, healthcare /medical technology sector or in another Health Service Provider
• Expert level relationship building/interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and strategic thinker
• Strong financial business acumen with budget preparation and monitoring
• Capabilities of achieving strategic and operational targets
• Respectful communication skills
