Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Baltic Group Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and maintain existing partnerships throughout the fixed plant and field maintenance sectors in the Bowen Basin.
This is a unique chance to jump into a newly created role and join a local company becoming one of the biggest players in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bowen basin and throughout Australia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and clients.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, preferably with a trade background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional travel required with meals and accommodation provided
- Act as a brand ambassador and reflect the companies values at all times
