About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Bulk Industrial, CO2 & Dry Ice to join our Ingleburn branch. This role will be working closely with the National Bulk Industrial & Dry Ice Manager to grow the market share in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Foster our YES WE CAN customer service attitude.
- Assist in achieving targeted growth by signing up new customers on contracts and following them through with a required set up for our team and on an individual basis.
- Building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and building a detailed prospect list on selected markets
- Maximising relationships with existing clients, particularly Bulk CO2 / Dry Ice, plus the complimentary sales of other products. Ensure the ongoing management and renewal of Service and Supply contracts.
- Establish new Business Development strategies.
- Identification & completion of relevant training courses, in line with areas for development.
- Ensure all new bulk / dry ice / cylinder installations are in compliance with all required legislation, regulations, company policies & procedures.
- Provide technical sales / information support to internal staff and customers.
- Assist with delivery support if and when required.
- Generous base salary plus superannuation.

- Selling & Account Management experience.
- Proven ability to convert business through cold calling techniques.
- Some Technical Knowledge in Bulk Cryogenic Liquids. Eg : C02, LIN, LOX, would be an advantage but NOT essential.
- High level of customer management with strong communications skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
- National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required prior to commencement.
