Business Development Manager - Sydney

The Company: FHS is an Australian family owned business with its head office located on the Gold Coast. We have supported the Cabinet Making Industry for over 10 years and stand true to our business vision of selling Premium Components for Quality Kitchen Finishes.
The Position: We are looking for a Sales Rep with a minimum of 5 years experience in the cabinet making industry. As a sales professional you will find solutions to customers’ needs through your extensive technical product knowledge and customer service. The applicant must be free from any non-competitive clauses by previous employers. Starting date is to be advised.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the cabinet making industry whether in sales or other customer facing roles.
- Strong ‘hands on‘ Blum technical product knowledge.
- Proven new Business Development and account management skills
- High levels of motivation, with a strong focus on outcomes
- Achievements in building sustained sales growth and meeting KPIs
- Intermediate Computer Skills (CRM, Word/Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written and data entry skills
- Previous Trade working background is desirable.
Your Responsibilities
- To address the needs and grow the potential of our existing customer base
- Drive growth through your established business relationships and the pursuit of new opportunities in the marketplace.
- Be able to formulate, evaluate and maintain customer call cycles
- Work alongside the marketing team with product selling strategies
- Engage in ongoing training as required.
- Document Informative CRM details of all customer interaction on a daily basis.
- Report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director with support from the Branch Manager on a day to day basis.
