The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the strategic expansion of market presence in various construction markets including but not limited to Commercial, Civil, Industrial and Mining. Leveraging your industry expertise and networking skills, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and grow the Commercial, Civil, Industrial and Mining market segments.
- Identify prospective clients and establish long-term partnerships with construction companies, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Drive product awareness and promote the value proposition of our Formwork and hoist solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the construction industry, particularly in Formwork and hoist solutions.
- Strong understanding of the commercial, civil, and industrial construction sectors and their respective market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
